  • OVERVIEW

    The Bachelor in Environmental and Occupational Health is a four-year undergraduate programme that prepares students for careers in the field of environmental and occupational safety and health (EOSH). The programme is recognised and accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Malaysia Department of Safety and Health (DOSH) for the Safety and Health Officer competencies.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • • Pass SPM/SPMV or an equivalent qualification with Credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Malaysia (July Paper) and Mathematics, and a Pass in History.
      • Obtain at least Band 2 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or an equivalent qualification within one (1) year from the date of enrollment.
      Note:
      Passing the History subject at the SPM level has been a requirement since 2013.
    • :
      • Have at least five (5) years of continuous work experience in a relevant field related to environmental health and industrial safety, such as Safety and Health Executive, Assistant Environmental Safety and Health Officer, Health Inspector, Medical Assistant, Nurse, or similar professions.
      OR
      • Have at least three (3) years of work experience in a relevant field if the recognized Diploma CGPA in the related field is below 2.75.
      AND
      • obtain at least Band 3 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) within one (1) year from the date of enrollment.

      • Excel in the interview assessment.
