OVERVIEW
The CHEMISTRY program emphasizes developing a strong foundation of theoretical and practical skills and developing issues related to more advanced chemical concepts than contemporary chemistry. The experience of using scientific tools and the latest chemical techniques will spark students' interest in continuing their research interests and can help in applying chemistry to solve problems.

Kelayakan Minimum STPM Kelayakan Minimum Matrikulasi KPM / Asasi UM / Asasi UKM / Asasi UiTM Kelayakan Minimum Diploma / Setaraf – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM dan lain-lain Kelayakan Minimum STPM:i. Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
AND
ii. Obtain at least a Grade B (NGMP 3.00) in the following subjects:
• Chemistry
• Biology / Physics
• Mathematics TNote:
The candidate must not have any visual impairments (color blindness) or physical disabilities that would hinder practical work.Kelayakan Minimum Matrikulasi KPM / Asasi UM / Asasi UKM / Asasi UiTM:i. Passed Matriculation (KPM) / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

ii. Obtain at least a Grade B (3.00) in the following subjects:

Intermediate Organic, Inorganic, Physcial and Analytical Chemistry. Introduction to Material Chemistry and spectroscopy methods.

Advance Analytical and laboratory courses. Introduction to Research Methodology and Chemistry Project.
