    Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning is a professional programme which accredited by the Board of Town Planners Malaysia. The programme aims to produce skilled and trained graduates who meet industry requirements. Subjects offered in this programme cover theories, technical and practical aspects related to physical, social, economic, and environmental planning.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • STPMKPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM)DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS
      STPM:

      i. Pass the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) Examination with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

      AND

      ii. Obtain at least Grade B (NGMP 3.00) in any two (2) of the following subjects:
      • Geography
      • History
      • Economics
      • Visual Arts
      • Business Studies
      • Accounting
      • Malay Language
      • Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
      • Biology
      • Physics
      • Chemistry
      • Mathematics M / Mathematics T
      KPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM):

      i. Pass the KPM Matriculation / UM Foundation / UKM Foundation / UiTM Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

      AND

      ii. Obtain at least Grade B (3.00) in any two (2) of the following subjects:
      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Mathematics
      • Computer Science / Programming / Computing
      • Accounting
      • Financial Accounting
      • Management Accounting
      • Business Management
      • Business and Technology
      • Economics
      • Engineering Physics / Engineering Chemistry

      OR

      ii. Obtain at least Grade B (3.00) in three (3) specialization subjects from the UiTM Foundation in Law programme.
      DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS:

      Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

      OR

      Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 and at least 1 year of work experience in the related field.

      OR

      Pass A-Level with a minimum score of 10 and obtain at least a Grade B in any combination of two (2) of the following subjects:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Further Mathematics
      • Economics
      • Law
      • Computing
      • Accounting
      • Business Studies
      • Art & Design

      OR

      Pass the International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum score of 28 and obtain at least a score of 4 in any two (2) of the following subjects at the Higher Level (HL) or Standard Level (SL):
