    It has full accreditation from the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and prestigious institutions such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This accreditation ensures international recognition and unlimited opportunities.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • STPMKPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM)DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS
      STPM:

      i. Pass the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) Examination with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

      AND

      ii. Obtain at least Grade B (NGMP 3.00) in Mathematics M / Mathematics T and any one (1) of the following subjects:
      • Geography
      • History
      • Economics
      • Visual Arts
      • Business Studies
      • Accounting
      • Malay Language
      • Literature in English
      • Physics
      • Chemistry
      • Biology
      KPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM):

      i. Pass the KPM Matriculation / UM Foundation / UKM Foundation / UiTM Foundation with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

      AND

      ii. Obtain at least Grade B (3.00) in Mathematics and any one (1) of the following subjects:
      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Computer Science / Programming / Computing
      • Accounting
      • Financial Accounting
      • Management Accounting

      • Business and Technology

      ii. Obtain at least Grade B (3.00) in three (3) specialization subjects from the UiTM Foundation in Law programme.
      DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS:

      Possess a Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.

      OR

      Pass A-Level with a minimum score of 9 and obtain at least a Grade C in Mathematics / Further Mathematics and any two (2) of the following subjects:
      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology

      OR

      Pass the International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum score of 24 and obtain at least a score of 4 at the Higher Level (HL) or Standard Level (SL) in Mathematics / Mathematical Studies and any one (1) of the following subjects:

      • Design Technology
      • History
      • Geography
      • Information Technology in a Global Society

      OR

      Pass AUSMAT/SAM with a minimum ATAR of 70% and obtain at least a Grade C in Mathematical Studies / Specialist Mathematics and any one (1) of the following subjects:

      Hold other equivalent qualifications recognized and approved by the University Senate.

  • LIST OF COURSE

    • Students gain foundational knowledge of the principles of Quantity Surveying, including the profession's roles and ethics, basic building construction methods and services, and the quantification of construction works using industry standards. This is delivered through a mix of theoretical and practical learning experiences.

    • Students delve deeper into measurement techniques and construction project cost management, covering cost estimation, budgeting, payment, and other aspects of cost planning and control.

    • Students will attend Compulsory Practical Training, which provides real-world industry exposure, bridging academic knowledge with professional practice.Students will also be introduced to digital construction practices.

    • The focus shifts to advanced Quantity Surveying readiness, where students apply their knowledge to comprehensive research projects. They develop skills in leadership and problem-solving while addressing global challenges in construction. Students also gain valuable international exposure by exploring global construction practices and trends.
