STPM KPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM) DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS STPM:i. Pass the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) Examination with a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
AND
ii. Obtain at least Grade B (NGMP 3.00) in Mathematics M / Mathematics T and any one (1) of the following subjects:- Geography
- History
- Economics
- Visual Arts
- Business Studies
- Accounting
- Malay Language
- Literature in English
- Physics

Students gain foundational knowledge of the principles of Quantity Surveying, including the profession's roles and ethics, basic building construction methods and services, and the quantification of construction works using industry standards. This is delivered through a mix of theoretical and practical learning experiences.

Students delve deeper into measurement techniques and construction project cost management, covering cost estimation, budgeting, payment, and other aspects of cost planning and control.

Students will attend Compulsory Practical Training, which provides real-world industry exposure, bridging academic knowledge with professional practice.Students will also be introduced to digital construction practices.

The focus shifts to advanced Quantity Surveying readiness, where students apply their knowledge to comprehensive research projects. They develop skills in leadership and problem-solving while addressing global challenges in construction. Students also gain valuable international exposure by exploring global construction practices and trends.
