REQUIREMENTS

STPM KPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM) DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS STPM:i. Pass the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) Examination with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
AND
ii. Obtain at least Grade C (NGMP 2.00) in any two (2) subjects.
AND
iii. Excel in the interview and audition/skills assessment.
KPM MATRICULATION / FOUNDATION STUDIES (UM/UKM/UiTM):i. Pass the KPM Matriculation / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM) with a minimum CGPA of 2.00.
AND
ii. Obtain at least Grade C (2.00) in any two (2) subjects.
OR
ii. Obtain at least Grade C (2.00) in three (3) subjects from the UiTM Foundation in TESL programme.
OR
ii. Obtain at least Grade C (2.00) in three (3) specialization subjects from the UiTM Foundation in Law programme.
AND
iii. Excel in the interview and audition /skills assessment.
DIPLOMA / EQUIVALENT – A-LEVEL, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, AND OTHERS:Possess a Diploma in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00
OR
Pass A-Level with a minimum score of 9 and obtain at least Grade C in any two (2) subjects.
OR
Pass the International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum score of 26 and obtain at least a score of 4 in any two (2) High Level (HL) subjects and one (1) Standard Level (SL) subject.
OR
Pass AUSMAT/SAM with a minimum aggregate of 68 and obtain at least Grade C in any two (2) subjects.
OR
Possess a Creative Arts Certificate (Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Theatre Arts) with a good level or distinction from USM.
OR
Possess other relevant qualifications and experience in the field of Fine Arts (Visual Exhibition Activities, Graphic Design, Commercial Art, Illustration, Full-time Artist, Set Design / Interior Design, Handicraft Art) or equivalent.
OR
Possess other relevant qualifications and experience in the field of Theatre Arts or Performing Arts (TV / Film / Video Production, Stage Management, Full-time Acting, Production House, Directing, Dance) or equivalent.
OR
Education Service Officer Candidates:Hold a Basic Teaching Certificate in Art Education and a Special Teaching Certificate in Art Education from the Special Education Teachers' College (MPIK) or hold a Special Education Diploma (KDPK) in Fine Arts.OR
Possess other relevant qualifications and experience in the field of Fine Arts (Visual Exhibition Activities, Graphic Design, Commercial Art, Illustration, Full-time Artist) or equivalent.
OR
Possess other relevant qualifications and experience in the field of Theatre Arts or Performing Arts (TV / Film / Video Production, Stage Management, Full-time Acting, Production House, Directing, Dance) or equivalent.
OR
Hold other qualifications recognized as equivalent and endorsed by the University Senate.
AND
Excel in the interview and audition / skills assessment.
