• Pass SPM/SPMV or an equivalent qualification with Credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Malaysia (July Paper) and Mathematics, and a Pass in History.• Obtain at least Band 2 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or an equivalent qualification within one (1) year from the date of enrollment.Note:Passing the History subject at the SPM level has been a requirement since 2013.

- Pelajar memperoleh pengetahuan asas mengenai prinsip Ukur Bahan, termasuk peranan dan etika profesion ini, kaedah asas pembinaan bangunan dan perkhidmatan, serta pengukuran kerja pembinaan menggunakan piawaian industri. Pembelajaran ini disampaikan melalui gabungan pengalaman teori dan praktikal.

- Pelajar mendalami teknik pengukuran dan pengurusan kos projek pembinaan, meliputi anggaran kos, penyediaan bajet, pembayaran, serta aspek lain dalam perancangan dan kawalan kos.

- Pelajar menghadiri Latihan Praktikal Wajib yang memberikan pendedahan dunia sebenar dalam industri, menghubungkan pengetahuan akademik dengan amalan profesional. Pelajar juga akan diperkenalkan kepada amalan pembinaan digital.
