OVERVIEW
This program offers a general social work education plan aimed at producing graduates who are well-trained in the field of human services in line with current demands. Additionally, it provides opportunities for officers from government and non-government human service organizations to enhance their knowledge and skills, enabling them to deliver more efficient human services to target groups and the broader community.

REQUIREMENTS

• Pass SPM/SPMV or an equivalent qualification with Credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa Malaysia (July Paper) and a Pass in History.• Obtain at least Band 2 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or an equivalent qualification within one (1) year from the date of enrollment.Note:Passing the History subject at the SPM level has been a requirement since 2013.

• Pass the university qualification examination and excel in the interview assessment.i) STP/HSC Candidates• Pass STP/HSC with at least one (1) Principal and two (2) Subsidiary passes, and a Pass in General Paper.• Have at least three (3) years of work experience in a related field.ORii) STPM Candidates (2002 or earlier)• Pass STPM or an equivalent qualification with at least two (2) Grade Es and a Pass in General Paper, or at least one (1) Grade E and two (2) Grade Rs and a Pass in General Paper.ORiii) STPM Candidates (from 2003 onwards)• Pass STPM or an equivalent qualification with at least three (3) Grade Cs, including General Studies.• Have at least three (3) years of work experience in a related field.ORiv) Diploma Candidates• Hold a Diploma from a public higher education institution or other recognized institutions.ORv) SPM Candidates• Pass SPM/SPMV or an equivalent qualification with Credit in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Malaysia.• Have at least five (5) years of work experience in a related field.
