  • OVERVIEW

    Students in this programme are expected to acquire a high level of academic competence and knowledge comparable to that of graduates from similar institutions within and outside the country.

    The uniqueness of this programme is that it allows graduates to be flexible and progress in their specific career. This is based on the design of the curriculum, which helps to deepen knowledge of exercise and sport science while exposing students to health and sports events relevant to the field.

    Duration : 3½ Years / 7 Semesters

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • • Pass SPM/SPMV or an equivalent qualification with Credit in Bahasa Melayu/Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Malaysia (July Paper) and Mathematics, and a Pass in History.
      • Obtain at least Band 2 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or an equivalent qualification within one (1) year from the date of enrollment.
      Note:
      Passing the History subject at the SPM level has been a requirement since 2013.
    • • Have at least five (5) years of continuous work experience in a relevant field related to Exercise Science and Sports, such as Youth and Sports Assistant Officer, Sports Coach, Team Manager, Fitness Trainer, Sports Injury Therapist, Medical Assistant, or similar professions.
      OR
      • Have at least three (3) years of work experience in a relevant field if the recognized Diploma CGPA in the related field is below 2.75.
      AND
      • Excel in the interview assessment.
