      GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (ENGLISH VERSION):
      • Passed SPM/SPMV or equivalent with CREDIT in the subjects of Malay Language/Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Malaysia July and Mathematics, and passed the subject of History.
      • Achieved at least Band 2 in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET) or equivalent, within one (1) year from the registration date.

      Note:

      Passing the History subject at the SPM level has been effective since the year 2013.

      • Lulus SPM/ SPMV/ setaraf dengan mendapat KEPUJIAN dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Melayu/ Bahasa Malaysia/ Bahasa Malaysia Julai dan Mathematics serta lulus dalam mata pelajaran Sejarah
      • Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Band 2 dalam Malaysian University English Test (MUET) atau setaraf dalam tempoh satu (1) tahun dari tarikh mendaftar

This is delivered through a mix of theoretical and practical learning experiences.
      • Students delve deeper into measurement techniques and construction project cost management, covering cost estimation, budgeting, payment, and other aspects of cost planning and control.
      • Students will attend Compulsory Practical Training, which provides real-world industry exposure, bridging academic knowledge with professional practice.Students will also be introduced to digital construction practices.
      • The focus shifts to advanced Quantity Surveying readiness, where students apply their knowledge to comprehensive research projects. They develop skills in leadership and problem-solving while addressing global challenges in construction. Students also gain valuable international exposure by exploring global construction practices and trends.
