  • OVERVIEW

    The Food Technology Program is a 4-year program aimed at producing highly qualified, trained and skilled graduates to serve the food industry as well as the public sector. The Food Technology program curriculum was designed to equip students with relevant knowledge; physical and chemical properties of food, analysis of food composition, aspects of food processing and preservation, packaging, quality assurance and food safety, food product development, sensory evaluation and food regulation. Graduates can work with a variety of private and public agencies in the fields of science and food technology including research, food product development, legal, and education.
