    Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning is a professional programme which accredited by the Board of Town Planners Malaysia. The programme aims to produce skilled and trained graduates who meet industry requirements. Subjects offered in this programme cover theories, technical and practical aspects related to physical, social, economic, and environmental planning.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • STPMKPM Matriculation / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM)Diploma / Equivalent – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, and others
      STPM:

       i. Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

      AND

      ii. Obtained at least a Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in any two (2) of the following subjects:

      • Geography
      • History
      • Economics
      • Visual Arts
      • Business Studies
      • Accounting
      • Malay Language
      • Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
      • Biology
      • Physics
      • Chemistry
      • Mathematics M / Mathematics T

      Note:
      Candidates must not have any visual impairment (color blindness).
      KPM Matriculation / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM):

      i. Passed Matriculation (KPM) / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

      AND

      ii. Obtained at least a Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in any two (2) of the following subjects:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Mathematics
      • Computer Science / Programming / Computing
      • Accounting
      • Financial Accounting
      • Management Accounting
      • Business Management
      • Business and Technology
      • Economics
      • Engineering Physics / Engineering Chemistry
      • Basic Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

      OR

      ii. Obtained at least a Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in three (3) specialized subjects at the UiTM Law Foundation level.

      Diploma / Equivalent – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, and others:

      Diploma in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

      OR

      Diploma in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 and at least 1 year of work experience in a related field

      OR

      A-Levels with a minimum score of 10 and obtained at least a Grade B in any combination of two (2) of the following subjects:

      OR

      Equivalent qualification recognized by Senate of the University.

      ii. Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B (NGMP 3.00) dalam mana-mana dua (2) mata pelajaran berikut:

      Memiliki Diploma dalam bidang yang berkaitan dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 2.75 dan sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan

      Lulus A-Level dengan memperolehi minimum skor 10 dan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B dalam mana-mana kombinasi dua (2) mata pelajaran berikut:
