BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN QUANTITY SURVEYING WITH HONOUR PROGRAMME USM-IMPERIA

  • OVERVIEW

    USM collaborates with International College IMPERIA to offer an off-campus Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying program. Teaching and learning activities will take place at International College IMPERIA, Subang Jaya, Selangor. Students enrolled in this off-campus program will officially be USM students and enjoy the privilege of accessing facilities at both the USM main campus and the International College IMPERIA campus.

    Location : Subang Jaya, Selangor
    Duration : 3.5 years
    Tuition Fee : RM9,000.00 per semester
    Eligibility : STPM/Matriculation/KPM/Foundation/A-level, IB, Ausmat, SAM, and other equivalent qualifications.

  • REQUIREMENTS

    • STPMKPM Matriculation / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM)Diploma / Equivalent – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, and others
      STPM:

      i. Passed Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

      AND

      ii. Obtained at least a Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in Mathematics M / Mathematics T and any one (1) of the following subjects:

      • Geography
      • History
      • Economics
      • Visual Arts
      • Business Studies
      • Accounting
      • Malay Language
      • Literature in English
      • Physics
      • Chemistry
      • Biology
      KPM Matriculation / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM):

      i. Passed KPM Matriculation / Foundation Studies (UM/UKM/UiTM) with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

      AND

      ii. Obtained at least a Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in Mathematics and any one (1) of the following subjects:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Computer Science / Programming / Computing
      • Accounting
      • Financial Accounting
      • Management Accounting
      • Business Management
      • Business and Technology
      • Economics
      • Engineering Physics / Engineering Chemistry
      • Basic Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

      OR

      ii. Obtained at least a Grade B (CGPA 3.00) in three (3) specialized subjects at the UiTM Law Foundation level.
      Diploma / Equivalent – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM, and others:

      Diploma in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00

      OR

      A-Levels with a minimum score of 9 and obtained at least a Grade C in Mathematics / Further Mathematics and any two (2) of the following subjects:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology

      OR

      International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum score of 24 and obtained at least a score of 4 at Higher Level (HL) or Standard Level (SL) in Mathematics / Mathematical Studies and any one (1) of the following subjects:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Design Technology
      • History
      • Geography
      • Information Technology in a Global Society

      OR

      AUSMAT/SAM with a minimum ATAR of 70% and obtained at least a Grade C in Mathematical Studies / Specialist Mathematics and any one (1) of the following subjects:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Information Technologies Studies

      OR

      Equivalent qualification recognized by Senate of the University.
    • STPMMatrikulasi KPM / Asasi UM / Asasi UKM / Asasi UiTMDiploma / Setaraf – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM dan lain-lain
      STPM:

      i. Lulus Peperiksaan Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00

      DAN

      ii. Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B (NGMP 3.00) dalam mata pelajaran Mathematics M / Mathematics T dan mana-mana satu (1) mata pelajaran berikut:

      • Geografi
      • Sejarah
      • Ekonomi
      • Seni Visual
      • Pengajian Perniagaan
      • Perakaunan
      • Bahasa Melayu
      • Literature in English
      • Physics
      • Chemistry
      • Biology
      Matrikulasi KPM / Asasi UM / Asasi UKM / Asasi UiTM:

      i. Lulus Matrikulasi KPM / Asasi UM / Asasi UKM / Asasi UiTM dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00

      DAN

      ii. Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B (3.00) dalam pelajaran Mathematics dan mana-mana satu (1) mata pelajaran berikut:

      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Computer Science / Programming / Computing
      • Accounting
      • Financial Accounting
      • Management Accounting
      • Pengurusan Perniagaan
      • Business and Technology
      • Ekonomi

      ATAU

      ii. Mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred B (3.00) dalam tiga (3) mata pelajaran pengkhususan pada peringkat Asasi Undang-undang UiTM.
      Diploma / Setaraf – A-Level, IB, AUSMAT, SAM dan lain-lain:

      Memiliki Diploma dalam bidang yang berkaitan dengan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya PNGK 3.00

      ATAU

      Lulus A-Level dengan memperolehi minimum skor 9 dan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred C dalam mata pelajaran Mathematics / Further Mathematics dan mana-mana dua (2) mata pelajaran berikut:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology

      ATAU

      Lulus International Baccalaureate (IB) dengan memperolehi minimum skor 24 dan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya skor 4 di peringkat High Level (HL) atau Standard Level (SL) dalam mata pelajaran Mathematics / Mathematical Studies dan mana-mana satu (1) mata pelajaran berikut:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Design Technology
      • History
      • Geography
      • Information Technology in a Global Society

      ATAU

      Lulus AUSMAT/SAM dengan memperolehi minimum ATAR 70% dan mendapat sekurang-kurangnya Gred C dalam mata pelajaran Mathematical Studies / Specialist Mathematics dan mana-mana satu (1) mata pelajaran berikut:

      • Chemistry
      • Physics
      • Biology
      • Information Technologies Studies

      ATAU

      Mempunyai kelulusan lain yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya dan diperakukan oleh Senat Universiti.
