OVERVIEW

The Civil Engineering programme offered by the School of Civil Engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia aspires  to produce highly competent civil engineering graduates with broad-based knowledge and competencies who are able to design solutions to diverse civil engineering problems. The programme provides a balanced curriculum that encompasses the major sub-diciplines of civil engineering which include geotechnique, structures, water resources, highway and traffic, environment as well as geomatic and management. In addition, the curriculum is designed to instill in-depth analytical and design competencies required by the civil engineering profession, while at the same time nurtures ethical principles and sustainable practices.
