    The Construction Project Management programme at the School of Housing, Building and Planning, Universiti Sains Malaysia, is tailored for students who aspire to take on leadership roles in the management of the built environment, with a particular focus on overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.     • The curriculum is structured across four years, integrating fundamental and advanced concepts in construction project management. In Year 1, students focus on foundational topics such as construction law, safety, economics, and building construction basics. Year 2 expands into specialized areas like pre-construction, cost estimation, financial management, and building construction techniques. Year 3 introduces contemporary issues, facilities management, valuation, and advanced construction practices, while Year 4 emphasizes practical training, research projects, advanced law and management, sustainability, and internationalization.
